The supreme organ is the AGM. The Executive Council members work hand in hand with management to ensure successful implementation of plans. KCPA’s strategic/development plan provides it with the strategic direction and defines how the association will work to improve the welfare of its members through better earnings. It describes the vision, mission, core values, goals and objectives as well as the results that the association will strive to achieve. It outlines the principles and practices that guide the decisions and actions taken, the instruments and the strengths applied in association with the national and international partners to effectively serve its members. Implementation of the strategic plan will re – launch Kenya Coffee Producers Association as the premier organization representing coffee farmers in Kenya.
